The building looks unoccupied. We rented our car online and specifically indicated the car would be dropped off at another location. When we arrived we were told the car had to be returned there or it would be an extra $200. Having no choice we had to pay the extra money. Most car rental places are huge scams and this just solidified this theory.
Every employee here acts like they are not working, talking to each other and taking their time to so everything. It looked to be on purpose at some point, we listen to the man (working in the poll that allows you to go) talk to another coworker about his life. What’s funny is that it took us 10 minutes for his “ approval” but the other car that came after us got out in 5 minutes
Little satalite Hertz office was perfect for a car return. I forgot to refuel and was given good directions to a convenient gas station.
I spent no more than 5 minutes total between pickup and drop off. Rhys and Tanner were professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.
