This Hertz locations is slow. You can't get your car, the person has to go get the car for you, then Hertz cleans the car when you pick it upz. We waited for 50 mins (car was prepaid) with 4 people in front of us at the time of pickup. The 1 star is the inefficient waiting experience
Would have took over an hour just to get my rental. I had to cancel because I was going to be late for an appointment and ended up booking a Lyft instead. People ahead of me were waiting over an hour just to return a key … there’s no drop box, and if you return the car after hours, they charge you for an extra day per the policy posted on their window. Overall, really poor service and a frustrating experience. If you’re renting at this location I recommend going in the mall & using Avis.
