Would have took over an hour just to get my rental. I had to cancel because I was going to be late for an appointment and ended up booking a Lyft instead. People ahead of me were waiting over an hour just to return a key … there’s no drop box, and if you return the car after hours, they charge you for an extra day per the policy posted on their window. Overall, really poor service and a frustrating experience. If you’re renting at this location I recommend going in the mall & using Avis.
