Never ananswering they phone suck service and dumb
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Better yet, negative stars. It's a scam company with roach infested cars and bald tires (that you, the customer, have to replace). The EVs cars are never charged, and their gas cars are torn to shreds on the interior. The 'customer service' is non-existent, they never answer their calls, and IF, on the off chace you actually get ahold of someone, they are the least helpful, rudest bunch of people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Customer service is horrible! Never pick up the phone. Cars are not serviced, cleaned nor maintained. Car I rented had roaches in them. Dead and alive! GROOOOSSSSSSS! They try to sell you insurance when uber covers for the insurance. They will not exchange your vehicle until your weekly is up. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Stephanie IS THE BEST !!! She is the go to for all your needs . When I say she was beyond helpful . It was definitely a pleasure experience working with her , especially traveling from Fort Pierce to Delray Beach . DO NOT SECOND GUESS RENTING , JUST GO IN SHE IS THERE TO HELP IN ANYWAY
