I don't know what e trying else sees they literally are the best most helpful group of overwhelmed people ever. The office is usually packed so they can't get to the phone but go in there and they are constantly trying to help 2 and 3 people at once.

Never ananswering they phone suck service and dumb
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Better yet, negative stars. It's a scam company with roach infested cars and bald tires (that you, the customer, have to replace). The EVs cars are never charged, and their gas cars are torn to shreds on the interior. The 'customer service' is non-existent, they never answer their calls, and IF, on the off chace you actually get ahold of someone, they are the least helpful, rudest bunch of people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Customer service is horrible! Never pick up the phone. Cars are not serviced, cleaned nor maintained. Car I rented had roaches in them. Dead and alive! GROOOOSSSSSSS! They try to sell you insurance when uber covers for the insurance. They will not exchange your vehicle until your weekly is up. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
