The exit gate representative was especially personable and professional.
The car that I was assigned did not smell great. I informed the front desk, and they took care of the problem, and upgraded me to a nicer car. Thank you for your great customer service. Things don't always go perfectly smooth, but when It doesn't it is nice to have the company step in and correct the problem.
