Great service
Hertz Gold is a great car rental agency. The bus to the agency sometimes takes a little bit and can be crowded. But most of the time, it's quick with a helpful, courteous driver. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't feel their prices are always the best, but the service is why I give Hertz 4 stars. Sometimes, it's worth 5!
People were friendly and my car was ready.

Great customer service
Worse experience of my life. I would never rent from Hertz again. First of all, the car (for which they charged over $100) was extremely dirty. You would think that for rates like this, some special care would be given. It was full of trash and coffee stains and smelled really bad. Second, upon arrival, I was offered the option to pre-purchase fuel. So essentially, I don't want to fill up gas prior to my return, so I they have a pre-determined rate, which also includes maximum number of gallons. Prices are very fair and it... read more
