The Nashville location is the worst run Hertz facility bar non in the United States ! Cars are frequently not ready when I arrive as was the case this trip. Your counter employees are rude and in general unhelpful. Frankly I tell myself that I should quit using Hertz in Nashville. My status as Presidents Circle matters not to these people. I tell you I have waited in a line there while a problem is sorted out for the last time.

First they did not have the car available that was emailed to me! The email and the Gold board said my car was in space two (2) that was very interesting to me since there was NO space two at all. How does that happen Second, I was initially told by the gentleman at the counter that I could take any other mid size that I wanted, never mind the fact that I had a full size reserved. So all-in- all it was not the service I would have expected for Gold service.
