Don’t fall for the Damage waiver for $20. The person who gave me the car at enterprise said it’s be a one time fee but he maxed out my credit card and pulled $20 out per day and didnt tell me it was a daily fee.
Great company; however some of the younger driver who deliver the vehicle must be trained better in public relations.

I’m very disappointed about my post experience with this enterprise. I’ve rented with enterprise for years, never had any problems, and have always used my own personal insurance with no problems. I got charged for a damage waiver that specifically and explicitly stated that I DID NOT need because I have full coverage insurance. I was lead to be I was paying a deposit, but it was actually a waiver even though I clearly stated I have FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE, and was getting the car through MY FULL COVERAGE insurance, so there... read more
