I always have a good experience at the Hermitage location. They have always been knowledgeable, very friendly and always go above and beyond. Even if any issues arise they work with you to ensure it is handled and I have always been satisfied with my experience and rental every time I have to rent a vehicle. I have other discounts programs yet I never think about them I always go to this office and Enterprise first. Brandon and Tia were amazing!! Thank you for everything during my trip!!

Don’t fall for the Damage waiver for $20. The person who gave me the car at enterprise said it’s be a one time fee but he maxed out my credit card and pulled $20 out per day and didnt tell me it was a daily fee.
