This location is honestly one of the worst rental experiences I’ve come across. They advertise being “open 24 hours,” but that’s a flat-out lie. Try calling them at any time of the day or night — nobody answers. What’s the point of claiming to be 24/7 if the phones are just going to ring endlessly? It feels like they’re hiding behind that label to lure customers in. On top of that, the way Lyft handles things here is unacceptable. I had an amazing experience thanks to Kimal Thomas at Hertz. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free.
Why yall open 24 hours and when you call no one pickup the phone 🤔 bad service and Lyft also keep charging people for cancel while you just purchase your ride 🤦🏽♀️
