This Hertz location has exceptionally poor customer service. Their phone support is nonexistent. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Hertz to avoid this location and instead go to the one on State Road 135 in Greenwood.
Seems to be I long occurrence of Hertz overcharging on many many issues such as unlimited miles even though you sign up for unlimited miles they charge you after you hit a certain amount of miles. Also being charged for 10 days every week last time I checked there's only 7 days a week no matter what language you speak no matter what country you live in so how is it that I'm being charged for 10-day weeks. Employees have been caught forging Lyft drivers signatures onto pin pads so that they can occur more money. Pending litig... read more
