Do not go here if you are black...the owner has a horrible attitude...they had me doing all this running around and I got everything they needed and still could not rent to me. Might I mind u....my id is valid....but wasn't scanning at hertz.... so they told me to just get a paper copy and they can scan it......come back with that.....and still didn't do it. Although Lyft program already approved my id. the owner just did not want to rent to me....his attitude is horrible.... I will not be driving through them at all...who k... read more
Would give zero starts if I could. They’re absolutely horrible. Took a week to get in contact with someone because they never pick up the phone and my issue still hasn’t been resolved nor have I received my rental deposit back yet.
Customer service is terrible!!!!! They’ll put you on hold for no reason and end you call if you call back !!! I’ve never seen this before !!!! They are the worst !!!! Take it from me
They do not care about people. The customer service is extremely so baaaaad👎
