Left me stranded. Paid the $40 I had left in my Uber wallet & I called before hand for nothing because they still closed their gates early. I didnt have a ride back because I couldnt pick up my rental thatsl was already reserved, and no more money left in my Uber wallet. They should update their hours of operation if they do not like to work until 5pm. These people are heartless they do not care about customer service they are poorly trained. Got there few minutes before 5pm on a Friday and they decided to have a watchman to literally take me out of the parking lot not allowing me even get the proper information, this with a valid paid reservation. I hope this helps other people to chose a different location.
If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I was with hertz for 9 months and every single one of the cars had roaches in them. Absolutely disgusting. I can not believe they would even be okay with giving cats out with roaches in them. They would do Absolutely nothing to fix it but give me another car with more roaches. They also have tried to charge me over $2000 in tolls when I have already paid the tolls. I would never recommend anyone going here. 1 star rating to the company HERTZ in regards to customer service. As of the day being 3/7 (Friday) I went to the Hertz location: 2751 Nw 39th Ave Miami, 33142. And they had told me the vehicle I returned due to a recall was no longer in their position after 3 days of my drop off had passed. Then they sent me to Miami International Airport to the lost and find item department on the third floor.
