The only bad or negative thing about this place is that the cars are not well cleaned there for when you go to pick it up and it is very different from when you rent it near the airport. But the attention and quality of their representatives means that they have at least 3 stars.
Worst run car rental experience place I’ve had to suffer through. Tragically under staffed. Can spend two hours waiting in line to get our car. People hardly speak English. Horrible. If zero was possible, that’s a hat they deserve.
Left me stranded. Paid the $40 I had left in my Uber wallet & I called before hand for nothing because they still closed their gates early. I didnt have a ride back because I couldnt pick up my rental thatsl was already reserved, and no more money left in my Uber wallet. They should update their hours of operation if they do not like to work until 5pm. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I was with hertz for 9 months and every single one of the cars had roaches in them. Absolutely disgusting. I can not believe they would even be okay with giving cats out with roaches in them. They would do Absolutely nothing to fix it but give me another car with more roaches. They also have tried to charge me over $2000 in tolls when I have already paid the tolls. I would never recommend anyone going here. These people are heartless they do not care about customer service they are poorly trained. Got there few minutes before 5pm on a Friday and they decided to have a watchman to literally take me out of the parking lot not allowing me even get the proper information, this with a valid paid reservation. I hope this helps other people to chose a different location.
