Driving uber is very slow these days. On a good day you’ll manage to make around $150 in about 8 hours of work, which is roughly $18 an hour. Really bad do not come here. These people are ready to put a lid on it
Scammy and predatory rental program. They charge $311 a week for a car and don’t cover maintenance — not even flat tires. They give you old, worn tires, and if one goes flat, you’re forced to buy a new one at full retail, even though they get fleet pricing. Collision waiver is $14/day extra, and roadside assistance costs more too. I reserved an SUV for $250/week — when I arrived, they said no SUVs were available and gave me a smaller car at a higher price. Total bait and switch.
