The whole experience took 3 hrs to get an electric polestar. I started driving it and it was making a loud popping noise in the front end, and the counter guy, who wasn’t even willing to show me how to operate the vehicle was telling me nothing was wrong with it, that those cars naturally make a plasticky noise, whatever that means. so finally I was able to speak to Sal the manager and he drove the car with me and he said there was definitely something wrong with it. He provided me a car a polestar 2 that I was going to used to drive uber with. The car went completely dead after 2 days and not due to charging but a bad 12v battery. I’ve been to several Uber Hertz locations. This one is by far the most pleasant to deal with. They accommodated my mistake and help me fix it without judgement. I was still able to drive and get the discount! Great job!!!!!
