When contacting them for a land division appraisal to create parcels of equal value between several parties, Rebecca Frantz favored the party that hired her and backstabbed the other parties by providing dishonest appraisals. She played it as if she was being fair, but it was evidenced by her actions that she assigned the greatest amount of land to the party that contracted with her.
