The guy who runs this office (dark hair) is young and energetic. Fake pleasantries as He seemed to want to help. Yet when he went to run my perfectly fine credit card he had issues. The card was FINE as I checked with the bank and no issues anywhere else since. The main thing was the guy became rude and abrupt as if it was my fault he was not processing my card properly!

They don’t answer the phone. they are confused and distracted. They didn’t give me a receipt because their system were out of work so I drove back all That way again to get my receipt and interestingly they didn’t pay an attention to me or at least apology me still am sitting here waiting to get a reply from these people
I was getting a rental due to my car being in the shop for repairs. Since the rental was being covered through insurance, the time it took to get the paperwork done was longer. Waited for quite a bit of time. The SUV I received was in ok shape. 11/14 update - place does not have enough staff. The wait to rent or return a vehicle is very long.
