Horrible service. Called at 9:05 am asking if a specific vehicle was in stock. Was told yes. Made an appointment for 3pm that same day. Completed my finance application and spoke with finance manager by 10:30 am. Verified info and provided DLN. Arrive at 3 pm. Stood and waited. After 15 minutes, I was told the vehicle was already sold but they could make me a deal on something else. No thanks. Took my business elsewhere.
my aunt bought a car yesterday from Suzanne archer. left the lot and the car broke down it is smoking and the engine light is now on. apparently nobody can answer the phone at that location.. extremely unprofessional. we would like our downpayment back and would like you to take back your "reliable " car... if it makes it back to northlake before blowing up. someone needs to contact us now! calling corporate thanks for the help
I went yesterday 06/07/2020 to buy the car after I made an appointment but after I arrived 30 minutes the car sold or reserved.

Hertz Car Sales in San Pedro has huge communication issues. It has been over 1 month and they have still not paid off our trade in. I have made several calls during the month of March to question the finance manager and GM about this and they give me the run around. Don’t trust them with paying off your trade in.
