I began my day calling Hertz to set up a time for them to send an associate to pick me up and take me to my rental. I ended up calling 3 seperate times this morning, staying on hold 10 minutes, then 15 minutes and ending with staying on hold for 30 minutes and still never talked to anyone. Finally went to work, 2 hours late and ended up getting a call from the same associate who put me on hold all 3 times before, asking me if I still needed my rental! I purchased a car from Hertz's Honolulu location over two months ago. They have not provided a title. I suspect that with the bankruptcy Hertz no longer has titles for their vehicles.

Horrible service. Called at 9:05 am asking if a specific vehicle was in stock. Was told yes. Made an appointment for 3pm that same day. Completed my finance application and spoke with finance manager by 10:30 am. Verified info and provided DLN. Arrive at 3 pm. Stood and waited. After 15 minutes, I was told the vehicle was already sold but they could make me a deal on something else. No thanks. Took my business elsewhere.
