RecommendedThis place was great. It was small and all the cars looked brand new. And my car salesman, Noel, was great. He took me and my parents right to the cars we wanted to look at. he did not try to steer us to other cars that weren't in our price range. When we did the paperwork he was fast and kept us entertained by joking with me and my parents. If I ever have a friend or family member looking for a used car I will definitely recommend to Hertz and to Noel.
The only person I would buy a car from here is Joe. He is amazing and he will make sure your dream car is what you will drive away with. I give Joe a 10/10 the place it self is alright the other car sales men are maybe a 6/10 but Joe is amazing!
Had an amazing experience here. No haggle price, mechanically sound vehicles to choose from. Never pushed or rushed at any time. Sales men, manager and finance guy were very informative and clear about everything. Thank you Hertz Orlando East!
I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle the last day of the month thinking there would be benefits...but no, apparently this is a myth barked the management. No perks, nothing extra, take it or leave it. The vehicle was "detailed" upon delivery...trash in the glove box, less than quarter tank of gas, and mats in the trunk rather than where they should have been.
