They failed in their confirmation of purchase I went to Hertz Car Sale at 11 am Wednesday Nov12, in order to buy a 2013 Chevy Cruze VIN 1G1PC5SB6D7120540 they have for sale and confirmation of purchase (in writting) was given to me. I told the salesman i need to go to my bank to get the loan and will come back as soon i get it. My husband and I just bought a car from Hertz in Hollywood. Our sales person, Rodolfo was really nice to work. We didn't feel pressured at all and he took care of everything for us. They gave us a GREAT price for a really beautiful car. I would recommend Rodolfo and his management team to anyone. Another thank you to the branch Manager Mark.
