They will only hold your rental reservation for two hours and they will not tell you that the reservation will be canceled until you arrive to pick up the car. I will never rent from them again
Very disappointed with the Hertz customer service here. I made a reservation for a standard SUV and was given a compact SUV. The representative tried telling me it was only a slight difference in space, when it wasn't. Furthermore, they told me since I came and picked up the almost an hour after the pick up time, they had to give away the car reserved for me? When I wrote my previous review, They had responsive team, and the google rate was +4.8 star I see the google rate decrease drasticly to 3.3 and now I understading why! we contact this location +20 times and no one is answering the phone and there is no email address to connect with this location! changing my rating from 5 star to 1 star. Original review: Melanie at Hertz was amazing! Super helpful, kind, and professional. She made the pickup process smooth and stress free. Great service!
Dirty car, no upgrade available, a different car was offered than the one booked as President Circle
This Hertz location near LAX is undeniably convenient, and it is a major plus that they are open on Sundays until noon, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups very manageable. However, my customer service experience as a loyal Gold Plus Rewards member who has achieved President’s Circle status was incredibly disappointing.
