Extremely difficult to find the garage entry if you have to return the rental car, and never have been in the Washington Hilton before. It is not intuitive. First, the Google Map app shows the way to the central entrance to the hotel, which is not the place you would like to be. Then the hotel's doorman gives you very unpractical directions for the 2nd unsuccessful try... When I finally arrived to the Hertz, nobody was there to take my car. ... Lost another 10 minutes on waiting the clerk to show up.

Didn’t have car that I reserved. About 30 other people in line who also had reservations and no car.. Then made me travel 20 min to new location and charge me $50 extra.
