Appointment to pick up at 8AM. No one was in the office until 9:12AM. After an excessive wait to pick up a car, they did not have any cars available in my reserved size. Called local number and official customer service- no help. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT FROM HERE! I was not the only customer waiting.
