Not honest about their billing and charges. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again. I’ve never had this problem with any other car rental company.
If this were my first encounters with Hertz, it would be my last. The desk rep (the same both times I went in) was so curt & unhelpful, I was rather shocked. At Tallahassee airport, try any of the other vendors first.
