had multiple issues and the rep, who stated was a manager, said not their problem and would not fix or address them. turned the car in and went elsewhere for our needs.

No cars available even with a reservation. Forcing us to wait 2.5 hours to get one. It was too late in the evening to arrive at our destination forcing us to get a motel room for the night. Other customers waited even longer. Ridiculous! This was spring break in Florida not the off season.

Rented a SUV 6 weeks in advance, they called when I was catching a connecting flight, no SUV available. Ok so give me a van or 2 cars or something. We had 7 family members. They said They had no vehicles, nothing. Was to pick up at noon, they said they might have something at 5 or 6. I joined thier club, paid 6 weeks in advance and ended up using an uber to get to Enterprise to rent something. They had no plan to get me anything so we miss one day of our vacation? Don’t count on them.
