This Hertz location was one of the most unprofessional rental experiences I’ve dealt with. The issues weren’t just with the reservation, they were caused by the staff and management at this specific office. They changed my reservation without notifying me and forced me to return the vehicle on a Sunday night, even though that was never part of my original contract. The other “name” rental in the area let me down greatly and I was in a bind…Brent was able to rescue me that day and I had excellent service the entire time I needed the rental.
