It's like the Seinfeld, which to an extent I understand. People may extend their rental. However not answering their phone makes it an issue. You call to see if they have a car and they don't answer. So you rent it and hope it's available. If you reserve on Expedia or other and entered your info CALL And CALL or go over there to make sure they get your cancelation.
