Hidden gem! I didn't even know Salinas airport had car rentals. Great deal, great service, staff was friendly, and it was the easiest rental I've had in years. I'll be back for sure. A+++
The customer service was awful! The young man acted like he didn't care. He wanted to give us something smaller in another category for the same price. I wet to another rental and got what I needed and wanted with an upgrade for cheaper.
Not Willin to work with you. Not willing to modify your reservations. Very stubborn people would not rent from them again
