The energy in that office was very heavy, horrible and demeaning The customer service agents should be required to retrain They have no business treating paying customers the way they do That next time I go in there, I will make sure I bring sage because I don’t even want that type of negative energy near me. The people working here are so arrogant it's sickening. I can't imagine these people working in any high-ranking, important government agencies. Can't they even explain themselves calmly? Get them checked for psychological distress, because even a simple question can cause such intense nervousness. This is a diagnosis! The attitude these employees have toward clients is terrible.
I booked a reservation the night before I landed and received a call the next morning letting me know there were no cars available. I completely understood that, given the short notice. However, what I didn’t appreciate was the lack of communication afterward. I was told someone would call me with an update regardless of whether a car became available or not.
