Mr. Lonnie was very professional and the customer service was exceptional.
Worst place and bad service. I made reservation for a car. When I went there to pick up car they told me they don't have cars and asked me to pay extra for SUV. He said he tried to call me, but I never received a call . I asked him why you didn't send me E mail or message . I asked him to give me cancelation receipt showing no cars available, but he refused to give me cancelation receipt. When I asked for his card he gave me card with branch manager name Chris Zouzani. They ruined all my plans
