Hertz has downsized their mid-size SUV's. Have all the rest done that, too? This was very disappointing to me as I was unable to take all of the items I needed. DON'T get a Nissan Rogue. Gets good gas mileage but handles VERY POORLY on wet pavement. Only 18,000 miles on it but it stalled unexpectedly several times. Lights came on that Hertz representatives were not equipped to deal with. They let me leave the facility and it clearly said that it needed an oil change. Honestly I doubted going to Plymouth Hertz after reading some of the reviews.. I had an issue with my rental that i picked up and the staff we very helpful. Overall experience was smooth and fast. very knowledgeable staff. would highly recommend this place for car rental.
Service was bad. Phone system is then worst.

Took a reservation and got there to find .... No cars. Tried calling ahead and was left on hold at the dealer.
