Clean and friendly!
I made a reservation for the first time on line. It wasn't too hard to do. Went to pick up my car the office people were very friendly and I received wonderful service. I definitely would recommend them . I'm going to make them my car place to rent from every time .👍👍♥️
Very helpful in every way
Hertz has downsized their mid-size SUV's. Have all the rest done that, too? This was very disappointing to me as I was unable to take all of the items I needed. DON'T get a Nissan Rogue. Gets good gas mileage but handles VERY POORLY on wet pavement. Only 18,000 miles on it but it stalled unexpectedly several times. Lights came on that Hertz representatives were not equipped to deal with. They let me leave the facility and it clearly said that it needed an oil change.
