Poor hertz location, better off going to the airport. Understaffed and frequently the office is empty. Phone numbers listed on door only lead back to automated operator machines. On the day which I arrived they only had one working computer. Their other computer has been broken for over a month. This led to severe delays in customer assistance. Called and was given the wrong number to make a reservation. How did I call hertz for someone to give me another number to call to get a car from this location? Unbelievable she wasn’t even trying to help me I feel like she did not care or wanted to do their job to help me book a vehicle
