SHAMEFUL! If I could give it a zero I would. They were supposed to be open at 8am and no one even showed up until 8:20. Then they booked the wrong vehicle, charged us without explaining, and refused to fix the error when asked. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. I was met with completely unprofessional, downright childish behavior. The lack of customer service was absolutely appalling. Will NEVER use this company again. Worst location - no car availability. Trash customer service and no one answers the phones
I set up to rent a car at 1:00pm on Friday for a12:00pm Saturday. Went to pick up the car and after waiting 30min Upon making the payment staff informed me it had to be credit card only and would not accept bank debit card. I don't recommend this place for above reason...no policy in the place stated this unordinary rule! Try Budget or Avis instead.
Great experience the vehicle was nice and it was low on gas mileage really appreciate your service.
