Pros: -Only rental place that will waive young driver fee using AAA. - Actually had the vehicle I reserved. -Truck only had 1100 miles, new smell. - Unlimited miles, decent trim level on truck—good sound system. (Ram 2500 Big Horn) -Friendly staff. - Did not seem to incur any hidden fees. Cons: -Pet hair wasn’t cleaned up. -Only one guy working there; he worked hard though. -Only 3/8 of gas tank filled. Ghetto people hanging out and around the storefront constantly, unprofessional scene, car smelled like weed, filthy. Never going here again
If you’re looking for something safe and trustworthy, avoid this branch. Rude customer service and careless delivery. My rental car had very clearly just been driven (and was connected to someone in close proximity’s iPhone) and was given to me at half a tank and with low air pressure. When I asked to have another car, I was talked down to and treated like I was stupid. I rent a LOT of cars—this was the worst experience I’ve had.
