Don't bother booking a specific car - they don't honor online reservations and will just give you whatever is available. I paid extra to pre-book a specific car (weeks in advance!!) and they told me that they rented it out yesterday...? Don't bother getting there on time - the first employee doesn't usually show up until 45 mins after they are supposed to be open. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location.
Calvin Daye and Rashad Newsom make this location a 10 out of 10. Excellent fast service, correct charges and easy returns. Great friendly atmosphere and attitudes by both of these gentlemen. This place with them running it went from 30% to 100% satisfaction.
Had a reservation and they didn’t have a car available when I came. Also charged my bank 7x for one reservation
