The two gentlemen at the Hertz location on Baum Boulevard in Shadyside, Pittsburgh, are truly exceptional! They both are consistently professional, courteous, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They always go above and beyond to make the rental process easy and enjoyable. This is by far the best Hertz location and the best rental car team I have ever dealt with.
Booked online, price was decent! Reservation was ready upon arrival, staff was friendly with fast with my checking but interior of car is very dirty from spots and on seat and interior roof to the front windshield and rear view mirror, I can hardly see out the windshield through all the smudge and fingerprints. I don’t mind the dirty exterior, I can let that slide but the interior! Would have given 5-stars but the windshield is ridiculously dirty.
Horrible experience. Car stunk of Marijuana. Had to leave car windows down in intense heat. Manager Calvin denied smell and no compensation was offered. Horrible experience. Will nor rent from Hertz again
Rashad at Hertz on Baum blvd has great customer service. Very helpful and polite
