Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience at Hertz. I had a prepaid reservation at the Hertz Neighborhood Location on Baum Boulevard (5634 Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA) for Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below basic customer service and cleanliness standards.
