White mid-50-60 white male with glasses is EXTREMELY RUDE. From the moment I walked into the door he was nasty. Didn’t greet me, I told him I was there to drop off a rental, he took the keys went to check the miles and gas, and just walked away and left me outside without giving me any information on what to do next.I picked up my rental at the airport and dropped it off at this location prior to paying extra for the change and location. Made reservation for this location through Hertz for compact vehicle, get there they tell me they do not carry compact vehicle and I would have to pay more. I had to call Hertz corp. Just so they can honor my reservation . And they charged me late fees for a rental that was returned on time. Horrible service, second time using this place each time was horrible, will never use them again!!!!!!
Don't waste your time. Useless place to rent a car.
