First, there were only 2 options of the same vehicle in the class I rented. This car was terrible. The door lock actuators let getting stuck while I was trying to get in and the windshield wipers were old and didn’t help. I called twice and notified the location I got the rental from- first time the has no other vehicles & wouldn’t through the next few days. I called Cherry hill a few times near my job but no one ever answered. Second time I called tacony location to extend (my car is in a collision shop still) and see if I ... read more
Great experience! Very quick service. Nice car selection as well.
PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I've had a reservation for several months, and even had a reminder a few days before, just to arrive to a permanently closed location, that had been closed for several weeks already, and no one at Hertz thought to tell me. Fortunately I got an upgrade at the train station location to make up for it.
