Had a bad experience with this facility! The car selection is the reason for the 2-stars. I have Hertz gold and had checked in for easy pick up. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and it was 2am when we landed. At the rental car pickup shuttle stop, we saw every other rental company buses except Hertz. That's because they close at midnight (though advertised as 24 hour). Someone pointed out to us that the company is a short walk if we manage to wade through the structure. I LOVE how they valet the cars for you. All of the people who work there are actually friendly, understanding, and nice (unlike the people at Avis/Budget on 13th and Arch). Would highly recommend!
The staff at the Hertz 1700 Ben Franklin Parkway were kind and courteous. The rental car provided for the seven days was better than what I expected. It drove beautifully and the interior was of the highest quality. I will highly recommend them!
