Excellent service thank you Daniel Jaure for your help and making it happen to get us 2 cars last minute. Surprised at reviews here because service was exceptional. Tried to get a rental at 4-5 places in the area with no cars on a random Tuesday. Very happy- manager went above and beyond to make it easy experience given I had been looking all day.
I arrived to Hertz this morning to switch out a smaller vehicle for an SUV. I’d like to thank Daniel for going above and beyond making sure my needs were met. Daniel called me two days before, one day before and this morning to make sure everything I asked for was correct. The car was completely empty on pickup. The interior and exterior of the vehicle were filthy. I would not rent a car from this Hertz in the future. OVOID!!!!!
Beware of hidden charges. This location charges you a bogus Airport Concession Fee, because they claim they are close to the Ontario International Airport. But in reality, they are exactly four miles away from the airport, and this particular location is not on airport property or is located at the airport. I paid (prepaid) for my reservation online on the Hertz website, which included all fees and taxes.
