I arrived to Hertz this morning to switch out a smaller vehicle for an SUV. I’d like to thank Daniel for going above and beyond making sure my needs were met. Daniel called me two days before, one day before and this morning to make sure everything I asked for was correct. The car was completely empty on pickup. The interior and exterior of the vehicle were filthy. I would not rent a car from this Hertz in the future. OVOID!!!!!
Beware of hidden charges. This location charges you a bogus Airport Concession Fee, because they claim they are close to the Ontario International Airport. But in reality, they are exactly four miles away from the airport, and this particular location is not on airport property or is located at the airport. I paid (prepaid) for my reservation online on the Hertz website, which included all fees and taxes. Hertz charged extra day for picking up the car 2 hours earlier than that of being booked
Al at the front desk is the best!! Show him some appreciation Hertz! He made my trip in my rental enjoyable. I will always rent from this location because of Al.
