Terrible experience. Cassandra at the counter was very rude and short. The reservation was paid for by my father in-law (who was with me at the counter) but under my name. She refused to provide us with the paid rental and instead wanted to charge me for a new rental with my own cc. I understand after she explained it to us, my cc and the reservation name has to match, but my father in-law was THERE with his CC. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Literally went over to the counter not far from Hertz and got a better deal at Budget.
