Kiara helped me and was so friendly. She helped me walked through the options of paying/getting the car because I didn't have the right setup at first. This place ended up being about half the price of the enterprise right down the road. The car looks nice and smells fine. Overall very happy.
I've been renting from this Hertz rental for about 5 years and have had good service and rates as well. My most recent experience will make it so I will never rent from them again. I was told I had to have full coverage with my personal auto policy and no larger than a $500 deductible in order to rent from them. I have quite adequate liability coverage and my Visa card has the insurance that will cover the rest. Megan is a life saver. She answered the phone when the location we rented from didn’t, answered our questions and helped us switch our rentals as needed in a weather emergency. She is kind, hard working and a problem solver and single-handedly saved our trip. Best ever! Give her a bonus she earned it.
