I reserved a car online and received a confirmation. My pick up was for 1130. I arrive to pick up the vehicle and I’m informed that they don’t have any cars available and that they were waiting on returns that would take at least an house. I didn’t receive a phone call or email or any sort of notification. I was on a time crunch so this delay couldn’t be factored in. Very disappointed with the service.
Rented a 2018 chevy malibu from here. Preinspection of the car revealed low tire treads on all four tires, all about 2mm or less. I addressed this concern to the rep on the spot, as we were expecting lots of rain in the area for the next 2 weeks. He did not offer another car or anything but dodged the question by saying this was the only vehicle he had.
