It was Aweful! I reserved a car when I went to pick up they were out of cars. The option I was given go to airport, go to another rental place that was not Hertz or take a car that had a low tire they were closing in 20 minutes. 1) I had no way to get to airport just landed day before. 2) no offer was made for someone to come and deliver a car or transportation to airport,20 min away.3) took car and was told just to watch air and come back Monday at 8 to see if they could give me another car. The worst rental experience ever. The customer service was horrible. I reserved online and when I got there the car was not ready. Even after waiting for the car to be cleaned, it was not clean. I dont recommend renting from this location.
I rented a Nissan rogue for a week. I drove all the way to Maryland to see my twin granddaughters for the first time. The car was clean, but it didn’t come with a full tank of gas. Which is my only complaint. It never stalled during my trip. It’s pretty good on gas throughout my trip partly, because gas was cheaper in other states! It took a few minutes for me to figure out how to sync the radio to my phone. I wish the car had navigation on the screen of the car instead of using my phone.
