Just like many other reviewers shared, I had the misfortune of dealing with the owner. He is rude, talks over people, and is generally more interested in squeezing out a few extra dollars than building a happy base of repeat customers. He changed my rate two days after I returned the car and then alleged I damaged the car despite the car being checked in clean at Nashville airport. Happy Friday I want to give a big thank you to Zach who went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The entire staff there were very nice and open to assisting you at any time they have a very welcoming environment there. I had a great experience there renting my car and I just needed them to know that I greatly appreciate it and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you guys again in I recommend this location to everyone.
