Very satisfied with service and team members. If needed we would rent again from HERTZ
The interior of the rental car was dirty. The attendant seemed unconcerned and didn’t even bother to look inside the car and address my concern. Had to take the vehicle to the car wash and even found garbage under the seats. I usually rent from Enterprise with no issues, and would recommend others do the same. I’ll avoid Hertz in the future, and I definitely would not recommend renting from this location.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon helping my husband turn in a car after work - I work in TK and I didn’t get a chance to use a bathroom break at work. I got there and asked politely if I could use the ladies room. He said, no but you can walk to Jack in the box. Wherever that was! I wasn’t going to buy anything at Jack in the box but as a paying customer there, a quick reaction break seemed reasonable. It was just rude.
