I had to give it one star because no stars is not an option. We rented a car from this location, but surprise by the time we went there they did not have it. They had to send us to another HERTZ location where we got probably the SMELLIEST, DIRTIEST cigarette smelling car with a side surprise of spiders for our family road trip with 2 little kids. We did not have the time to go to another company and get another rental but I will NEVER rent from HERTZ again. THANKS HERTZ!
I'm giving 1 star because you have no option for 0, my 2 times with Hertz in Miami were the worst ever with any car rental. They are very rude, awful costumer service, they charge you even if they can not giv e you the car you reserved, I never go back to Hertz I have no idea why they are so popular or I'm so unlucky 😩
Total scammers they charged $6.00 a day just to have sunpass. I would give them a zero if I could
