Just picked up my car, lady at the counter was polite, nice, and quick. Overall pickup process was chill and the car is clean and drives nice. She even had it spruced up and washed right before I got it which was nice. I'll update perhaps after I have it awhile and how my return process goes but so far I do not understand the negativity on this place.
