Great experience with Hertz at the Marina del Rey Marriott hotel today. We had prebooked a car for our roadtrip and Micheal was very helpful and friendly. We struggled with a few details and he was super patient and resourceful. Thanks for making the start of our roadtrip smooth! Car is great also, brand new, clean and size as expected!
No one showed up at 9am on Saturday while 5 people were there to pick up reserved cars. It's pathetic.
