I rarely bother with car-rental reviews, but OTOH I rent one at least once a month, and this Hertz location is the only one to date that's attempted to gaslight me anytime post-Covid. I booked a Polestar 2, an EV that starts at around $60,000 at MSRP. But it wasn't available, and while I know specific makes & models are never guaranteed unless explicitly stated, what I was offered as a "replacement" was a Kia Niro EV – a subcompact that costs less than half the price. I used this Hertz location and rented a Kia Niro Hybrid for three days while staying at the Marriott it's located in. The check-in process was very prompt (10am) and drop off was seemless. Leaving the car in B1 and keys in the drop box. The car was clean and tidy. The Kia was very fuel efficient. I was able to get 51.5 MPG over 250+miles.
Great cars, good service and at a reasonable price.
