Was honestly blown away. When we came in, the woman working was on the phone and was not the most pleasant with who she was speaking to, but it did sound like the person on the other end could have been rude as well. No big deal. We pick up our car and it is older and in worse shape than the cars that I own. I did make a comment about the condition but was not rude or snippy.
