This will be a mixed review. First of all, there was one remarkable young man working solo in an office with four desks. Christopher Diggs was calmly handling a tremendous amount of traffic by himself. It was surreal - a mix of Uber drivers and rental customers waiting - more people than seats. Christopher never lost his cool. For Christopher I give a 5 star review. For management that allowed that situation - zero stars. Worst hertz you could ever go to. Don’t waste your time. Over 30 minute wait to even talk to an employee in the store. HORRIBLE customer service & nobody ever answers the phone. They don’t care about their customers.
Their customer service is a nightmare! It took me 3 hrs of waiting to get my rental car and then tried to contact them over the phone nobody responded
Very worst behavior and no response i will definitely not recommend for uber drivers
Guys hertz . You have to do better if you want to keep customers coming . 1- the workers inside the both guys are not professional at all . 2- how is possible that he knows the car had flat tire and he still gave it to me. 3- they arent helpful at all
