The team at this location failed to process my return timely, which forced me to open a dispute with both Hertz Corporate and my Credit Card issuer, as well as notify and brief Malden PD. While Police Involvement has not yet been necessary as Corporate closed the open reservation, I was mere minutes away from opening a Stolen Car case. I booked a rental car for pickup yesterday 6/17 at 9am. When I arrived the store was closed and the employee was standing outside. They said they were unable to open the store to help any customers and that a manager was en route, without an eta (and had to make a stop first). I waited until 10am and no one had arrived yet to assist. I ultimately had to leave without ever getting the rental I had reserved and paid for.
