I booked a large SUV at the Malden, MA Hertz location over four months in advance. When I arrived, I was told that the car I reserved wasn’t available and that it would be at least 3-4 more hours before they could find one. We had family visiting from out of town and were on a tight schedule to get to an event in Vermont.
