Guys hertz . You have to do better if you want to keep customers coming . 1- the workers inside the both guys are not professional at all . 2- how is possible that he knows the car had flat tire and he still gave it to me. 3- they arent helpful at all

just got another great experience with hertz conveniently located in my town, with a great SUV, super clean, 2025 for just a few dollars for the weekend...while some of my friends couldn't find any rental car anywhere...great customer service, great car / SUV and great price, you should always check them out...bravo hertz and keep it up
Rapper Review! Local guide here. First off WHAT A DISASTER! They rented me a car that smelled like a locker room, was filthy, and to top it off the GPS wouldn't connect and the driver seat was broken leaving me to troop to ohio with my second driver not even able to relieve me. I contacted 5 times and they said they would call back and never did. I paid 500 dollars for a death trap and they HAD IT ON FILE that the car was unsafe.
