This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. They kept delaying for two days and in the end never delivered the car. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
Great experience renting from Hertz Los Gatos. Luke was awesome. Great car (Jeep), readily available on short notice, easy to return. Good price.
Robert is one of the most professional team members I’ve encountered with a rental car. He’s attentive, courteous and knowledgeable in his company. Luke is also extremely helpful here. I’m thankful to have found this tiny location and for the help i received while my car was in the shop from a car accident.
Robert Deleon manages Los Gatos hertz in an excellent manner We always rent cars from Los Gatos Hertz and we are never disappointed. I highly recommend them and Robert in particular Luke his asst does a good job too
