Incredibly slow customer service. The car we booked was not available at the location.
I made a reservation and they said there was nothing to rent
Office was badly organized . Booked and prepaid but when came to get keys - had to wait 75 minutes in hot crowded office because rude staff could not hand keys over but insisted on “ serving walk in problem renters first” . Not good experience do not rent from this Hertz location because they are understaffed and rude.

Awful attitude, terrible service, and don’t expect to get the car you reset. They couldn’t care less.
