My issue with this location is not that they could not, or more likely would not, do what I was asking. That is understandable. It is that he was rude, interrupted me several times and did not bother to understand the question at all. For someone spending nearly $2000 over multiple reservations, you'd think you'd get more help than, "it's your reservation, you need to do the work".
