Pre-paid through Expedia and when I arrived was told by Hertz that they have my booking, but they don’t have any cars. I was told that I should “phone corporate” and see if they could help. Hertz customer service was horrible. In the end, I contacted Expedia and I had to book with another company at a much higher rate.
I am renting from this place quite often and I am so pleased with the service. Anthony is the greatest guy. Always happy to assist. Always happy to work around my needs. He is very responsible and very attentive. Good job Anthony!!
I had one of the worst car rental experiences and it was not acceptable, especially for a Gold Plus Reward member. I arrived on time at 11 am on 1/24/24 to pick up the rental. I was not helped until one hour later. The manager was helping a customer for a long time and just when he was able to finish up, another person came in and cut in front of us and he did not even acknowledge us before proceeding to help this person. Horrible service and severely understaffed. Arrived on time and waited an hour for a pick up that was made in advance; customers came in and walked in front desk and helped before us. Edit: Then needed to drive vehicle for a car wash, shouldn’t this be done before pick up? Edit: I literally got a faster reply writing a back review than actually getting help with my booking, this is surreal.
