Even thought they shutdown this company rips you off, has horrible customer service m, and overcharged me for my rental. Use anyone else but them. Stay away from this company! Also. Your response is ridiculous. You guys scam and take advantage of people. I don’t even understand how you’re even a business. If you really care change your response and pay me my $1,000 back. Don’t respond with something like we do our best and our so sorry. It’s all lies!!!
Had a good experience with the Hertz car rental at S La Cienega Blvd. Staff was courteous no wait time. Parking for our vehicle was available. We needed an 8 seater and not many places have one - price offered was competitive. Overall satisfied.

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Not only was car supposed to be a luxury mid size ( I got an economy ) they closed on me after I drove to return vehicle and had a confirmation they would be waiting for me from corporate office. I was 2 mins past 5pm and they had gates and doors closed and locked up tight. Another 2 hours in LA traffic, I returned with my rental car and and an overnight parking fee from hotel. I am furious !
The absolute worst experience! Car I reserved was not available. Waited two hours for another car. Car had not been cleaned. Milk stains on the upholstery, food crumbs everywhere, smelled so bad. Maintenance light came on a mile after leaving lot. They lied about the mileage saying I drove over 200 miles - I drove 5 miles. Returned the car within 2 hours. Charged me for the entire day.
