The people working there are professional and will do their best to help you BUT: 1) company policy allows for overbooking 2) we waited for over 2 hours for our RESERVED car. We got another one. 3) the company doesn't take debit except in certain specific cases. That was not specified at reservation. We were obliged to shorten our rental to be able to put it on our credit card. Overall, terrible experience. No discount or gesture was made because the supervisor wasn't present. Never renting from a Hertz again.
worst. One day is gone because of this. I will use hertz for the first time, and never use hertz again.
