Always a very seamless rental process
Needed to extend my rental. It was a quick transaction
4th of July holiday emergency rental after hitting a deer . On top of that the paving company had just done the parkinglot so the front desk staff were absolutely swamped because many of the rentals were blocked in by other rentals, random people constantly pulling in for the other blocked off businesses with little room to manuver and other customers who were in line before us at Hertz. Charged an extra $75 for an outside wash after returning it. Vehicle was in normal condition after driving for 3 days. Pic is of vehicle after return. Will never do business with Hertz again.
A 1 star is generous. This place highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend
