On 3/10/2026 we rented a vehicle and returned the vehicle on 10/17th. Our vehicle was being repaired at the car dealership. A few days after the return we called asking about when they would return the deposit back on to our bank account. The Hertz representative informed us that our deposit was returned and our bank was holding it! After an investigation with our bank we were informed today they still had not released the deposit. Julie is amazing. She listened to my needs for my mother and got us into a rental quickly as promised. Very detailed and customer oriented. Will definitely continue to use this location for future needs. The store and car was very clean.
Manager worked with me for 3 hrs calling insurance calling me calling her manager. They worked with me on paying. They went out of their way to help me. I was in a car accident near Lima Ohio. I was transporting my maincoons. The tall dark man who works there did not like the cats. He was able to find my son's ph number & told one of mt son's we were in a terrible accident & had a concussion. I didn't even get a chance to call my family myself. How horrible for my kids to hear this. My son called me crying & said mom are you ok. I said yes but how did you know. He said a man from the hotel called. This man upset my entire family.
