Lifesavers! It was move in day for my son at college about 2 hrs away on this day. I had a reservation with another car rental place and when I arrived to pick up my rental car was informed they did not have any cars available, not only at that location but at any location in the Knoxville area. Drove all the way to Knoxville from Harriman just to be told the manager who I spoke to on the phone did not record my information. Now I’m without a vehicle for the next day. There was another man there who also looked very unhappy, and I will not be using this company. Thank you for the wasted gas, please get new management.

Absolutely the best. Two guys in the office were amazing to me. Showed me how everything works on these complicated new cars where even reading the gas gauge is complicated. Even though they were crazy busy, they made sure I knew how everything worked and that all my questions were answered. They also called me the next morning because they found a key in the vehicle that we had lost. I have to think that these bad reviews do not realize which location they are commenting on. Because this location is top notch!!

We rented a car here for a few days while our own was under repair. It was a good car, everything was quick and friendly. Returning after working hours was also pretty easy. Thanks!
