Made a reservation for a rental. Got a ride here and dropped off...they have no cars. Well, unless I want to pay $50 a day upgrade. Seems like bait and switch. Be weary.

This review reflects the horrible service we received from the hertz location south of cookeville with Norman. We have unsuccessfully been trying to get the 445 reimbursement from an insurance company we paid for as we booked on priceline. The phone customer service and repeated denial of submissions for reimbursement plus the hour and hours of dealing with Hertz and the ins company on the phone have prompted me to write this review every single time I pass a Hertz. AMAZING! My college student had to rent a car for 6 weeks, the team did an amazing job getting him into a safe vehicle and allowing us to extend as needed without returning the card. I would highly recommend.

Don’t rent from here. I had to, unfortunately. Bogus location. The location is unorganized, dusty and filled with sadness. Check your contract. They do some shady stuff.

The worst place to bring business. I book cars regularly and the only reason I had to go was because enterprise was sold out and they were the only place that had availability. It really makes sense why they weren’t booked once I got there. In the end I walked out without a car due to their “policies of gouging you and providing the worst customer service”
