Never been disappointed with the agents especially Kim the manager. She is the best. She has went above and beyond trying to make sure she helps us.
Don't bother. I made a reservation and showed up 15 minutes early. Door was locked and after 2-3 phone calls a guy came up to the front. He said the reservation was good, but he didn't have a car. Literally the same exchange as the Seinfeld episode. Luckily I wasn't stranded in the parking lot.
I only use this place in Knoxville . Not only is it convenient to me , but both guys there are great always accommodating, and try to help solve problems I highly recommend Josh and Zach Howell 😎
Car was ready when I got there
We had issues with a car we got at the airport - it wasn't going to be able to hold all of our luggage for a trip to Michigan and my wife was concerned with not being able to see much through the windshield). We were able to return the car the next day before the trip with no issues at this location. We didn't have to go clear back to the airport, which was HUGE as time was very limited.
