The worst place to bring business. I book cars regularly and the only reason I had to go was because enterprise was sold out and they were the only place that had availability. It really makes sense why they weren’t booked once I got there. In the end I walked out without a car due to their “policies of gouging you and providing the worst customer service”
Great place to rent a nice car .
Brought the car back with gas to the mark I got it I was running late cause I got caught in traffic in ATL but I communicated that and was told no worries it’s fine. When I got my refund for my deposit that was supposed to be 200 dollars it was only 44 and no one can explain why 😕 The guy that helped me told me I didn’t even have to stay for check in that I was good to go everything was fine so how did you get 150+ extra dollars? Couldn’t have been worse. Booked a car rental online - provided the time of 6 pm for pickup (by the company). Arrived at the given time to an attendant who had clocked out for the day and couldn’t have cared less to provide any assistance. With him clocked out, he closed the office while I was present and referred us to call a help line - not giving us the keys we prepaid for because if he were to do so he’d need to clock back in and overtime is discouraged. Didn’t get a car and don’t plan on renting through them again
Horrible customer service. We showed up to pickup the car we pre booked and the guys said “uh I already clocked out can you just call the number and cancel”. Has to cancel out whole weekend trip over someone being lazy and not wanting to do their job…
