This is by the far the best and well run Hertz Local I've done business with. I rent a lot during the summer for work travel, and the cars are always ready and clean. Staff is great and greet you by name when you walk in. I'm a Hertz PC member and always get fantastic upgrades. Don't go to the airport and the extra fees. These guys are great!
Female manager at Clinton highway was rude, multiple people have left reviews agreeing about her professionalism. Will never use Hertz again but especially that location.
I received bad customer service from the office manager, I encourage everyone not to rent a car from Hertz. If you don't mind rude women go ahead to the Clinton Hwy location.
☆☆☆☆ Blatant discrimination and denial of service — despite full coverage and valid AAA membership. Afterward, I discovered hundreds of reviews over years citing the same manager for racist, hostile, and even violent conduct. This isn’t a one off — it’s a documented pattern of abuse under the Hertz brand. If corporate doesn’t intervene soon, this location could be facing serious legal exposure.
Megan and Sue at the Clinton Tennessee office are phenomenal... above and beyond... these folks ARE how CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE DONE EVERYWHERE...
